Experience That Fuels the Mission

With nearly two decades of experience in K–12 facility planning, construction management, and public infrastructure, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside superintendents, CBOs, and facility directors across California. My work has focused on helping districts navigate complex funding programs, develop strategic facilities plans, and implement projects that directly impact students and communities.

That experience revealed both the power — and the gap — within our industry: exceptional women were doing extraordinary work, yet too often in isolation. WISH bridges that gap by turning individual expertise into collective progress. This platform is more than a network — it’s a movement to elevate women’s voices, strengthen collaboration, and redefine how we build and lead in education.
