WISH hosted an engaging session in our ongoing series, What Does It Cost? This was the third part in a series featuring Oscar Medina.
Oscar provided an insightful and practical overview on how to break down project proposals, interpret pricing structures, and better understand the differences between scopes of work.

The session focused on empowering school facilities leaders to ask the right questions, identify hidden costs, and confidently evaluate vendor proposals. Attendees walked away with a stronger understanding of how to compare bids fairly, spot inconsistencies, and advocate for clear expectations and accountability throughout a project.
